Does your company have a VAT return that is due soon and should you make a VAT payment? The deferral for VAT payments applies from 20 March 2020 until 30 June 2020. i.e includes payments falling due on 7 April, 7 May or 7 June 2020 This is an automatic offer and no application is required. How does this work and which staff are entitled to it? If staff are furloughed a subsidy of 80% up to a maximum of £2500 per member of staff per month.
How do I claim business rate relief and am I entitled to it? Available in three bands for those with rate-able values of £51,000 or less. TBA
How can I apply for this loan and what information is needed? If all other cash flow avenues are exhausted, impact assessment and projections, management information etc. and approach you bank or any of the accredited Business Banks
How do I defer my July 2020 payment on account? TBA by HMRC, we believe they will withhold collection procedures till 31 Jan 2021
I am self-employed, am I eligible for universal credit and how do I apply for it? On line, but more details on government assistance information is awaited
If I am late on filing my accounts with Companies House will I receive a fine? It has been announced that late filing penalties will be waived during the CV19 emergency period, more time will be given to file subject to applying in advance.
Can I apply to defer payment of any existing liabilities to HMRC?
Yes you may, but ensure to apply online or by phone
